Where do you live?

I live in New York, and take a lot of trips.

What is your personal soundtrack at the moment?

My parents are from Africa so they raised my brothers and I are a lot of quality jams. I suppose my personal soundtrack is composed of Jaluka, Savuka, Johnny Clegg. I have long extended periods of classical listening. Currently I've been listening to a lot of Vashti Bunyan, Will Oldham, Neil Young, The Sea & Cake, and always Bob Dylan. Captain Beefhart & Television, too, and a lot of friends music they make.

Your star sign? Leo the Lion

Who is your style icon?

I don't really know. That's a hard question. I suppose someone who I consider a style icon could be Joan Didion, I like her style. Isabelle Huppert. Emma Thompson? Having three brothers influences me, perhaps.

What do you do or what would you like to do when you grow up?

Most of my work is within the fashion industry, but I like to do films, make things, and I like to write. I'd like to go to school to specialize. Someday when I "grow up" I'd love to publish a play. There's a lot of interesting things I would like to do in the future.

Lovely! Very nice pictures

I think your blog is so much more interesting than the rest of the streetstyle blogs right now (incl my own)

The first photograph has so much going on, I could stare at it for hours. It is absolutely stunning. I might have to post about it on my own blog (with artistic credit given obviously...ha). I don't often feel this way about a photograph - thank you.

Do you have prints available for purchase?
